30--Black Shadow

The Emperor of Evil, Black Shadow is a feared figure in the galaxy, having brought down horrifying death tolls to all who opposed him. He was even said to be one of the suspects behind the biggest F-ZERO Accident since the Horrific Grand Finale. He presides over a vast army of robots--known as Dark Soldiers--and even has a number of henchmen working for him, a few being F-ZERO Pilots. His goal in life was galactic domination, but Captain Falcon thwarted each and every one of his operations thus far. Realizing he could not get his dream realized, he entered the F-ZERO Grand Prix to personally ensure his demise. So far, he has failed consecutively. But, he refuses to give up--not until Captain Falcon is defeated.

The Black Bull is extremely heavy, and extremely powerful. Where as most machines can exceed high speeds, Black Bull goes a step further and makes them look like they were going at average top speeds. With that in mind, it also has supreme durability and superb handling. This makes up for all the boost strength it has. Black Shadow's machine is fast enough to easily reach his opponents. However, it's acceleration is poor. It would take quite a start to get going. For those who are daring, the Black Bull can conquer the F-ZERO Circuit without too much effort.
