Description
A Death Soldier's vehicle, the Soldier Anchor looks exactly like Zoda's Death Anchor. It may have been the machine Black Shadow intended to give Zoda, as there are many, different colored versions. However, this orange version is seen in F-ZERO Climax. There are huge differences in the Soldier Anchor and the Death Anchor, other than color, pilot, and number.
This machine is actually sturdier and weighs much more than Death Anchor. However, to balance it out, it has a weaker boost, but better grip. The high max speed orientation still remains, but this Soldier Anchor is much better equipped to race in a mine-infested track, compared to Death Anchor. The Death Soldier does, of course, realize that incredibly high-powered boosting will not be as fast as when Zoda and Death Anchor boost.

Given the sheer number of these machines, one could pretty much steal one of these and modify it for their own benefit. The pilot ? Better turn it into a toaster.
